<p> The IMPORTANCE of an ACCURATE BIRTH TIME IN ASTROLOGY</p>
<p>Your birth time is of the most critical importance in the calculation of a<br />
correct birth chart. With the birth time the astrologer (or program) is able<br />
to locate the planets in relationship to their position around the earth,<br />
most notably the relationship of the planets to the Horizon & Verticle Meridian.<br />
By locating the planets in the twelve houses of astrology, their influence is<br />
able to be referenced to a specidfic department of life. This has far reaching<br />
consequences for how one expeiriences Personal Life Cycles, as the various<br />
cycles of the planets will be associated with these different departments of<br />
life in a unique and personal way. It is WELL WORTH THE EFFORT to AQUIRE YOUR<br />
!ACCURATE!BIRTH TIME if you do not have it already. Every 4 minutes a new degree<br />
rises on the horizen and alters the chart accordingly. Many times you can count<br />
on a parent for accurate data of the birth time. Sometimes you cannot. The written<br />
record is always good to refer to for events long past. However, not all birth<br />
records are accurate just because they were written down. Sometimes they are a<br />
few minutes off or perhaps have the wrong day but the right time. Each needs to<br />
be reviewed independantly.</p>
<p> Where to get Your Birth Certificate:</p>
<p>Since the Privacy Act of 1974, only the person, his or her parents or legal<br />
representative is able to obtain the birth certificate for eighteen states.<br />
On fourteen more of the applications, a relationship to the person is required.<br />
Most states require a reason given for the document: some may accept the<br />
reasons of: Genealogical study, research on date-time patterns, book or<br />
article material. Others may not. This report is not inclusive as all the<br />
information is not in. Note the following code:<br />
P. Parents names (with mother’s maiden name).<br />
R. Relationship to the person.<br />
S. Name of closest sibling.</p>
